Post or chat inside a group
Use the group feed and Group Chat after joining.
A group’s feed and chat are separate from your profile feed and private Messages.
What to do
- Open a group you have joined.
- Use the post box to add to its feed, or the Group Chat box to send to the group.
- On a small screen, use Feed, Chat, or Members to switch sections.

Account controls will ask you to sign in.
Good to know
Follow the group’s rules. Missing controls can mean you are not an approved member or your access has changed.
