Frequently asked

My sign-in email code has not arrived

The verification screen shows the address receiving the code. For Google sign-in, this is the connected Google email.

My photo will not upload

Use a supported image file and wait for the upload or save to finish before leaving the page.

Use the Messages pop-out or full page

On a wide desktop, Messages opens as a panel on the right. Smaller screens use the full Messages page.

Understand the green and gray activity dots

A green dot means recent activity. A gray dot means the friend is not currently shown as active; hover to see the last-active time when available.

Manage a romantic relationship or partner link

The shared relationship manager handles status, partner links, and requests.

Complete the Family Center step on a teen account

The account’s family page shows the current setup state and the next available step.

Delete your profile and account

Account deletion starts from Manage data. Read the confirmation on that page carefully before submitting.
