Manage a romantic relationship or partner link
Start from Friends or the relationship menu on a profile.
The shared relationship manager handles status, partner links, and requests.
What to do
- Open Friends → Family & relationships, or choose Manage Relationship from the people icon on a friend’s profile.
- Choose your relationship status or use Link a partner.
- Select the friend and relationship type, then send the request.
- Use the manager to review requests or end an existing partner link.

Account controls will ask you to sign in.
Good to know
A linked partnership needs the other person’s confirmation. Changing a profile detail is not a substitute for sending that request.
