Edit a photo caption, alt text, or order

Open the album or photo post editor to manage its pictures.

Photo controls are in the editor for the album or post that owns the picture.

What to do

Open My photos and find the album or photo post.
Choose Manage album or Edit photos.
Use the available photo fields to change the caption, descriptive text, or order.
Save the photo changes.

Account controls will ask you to sign in.

Use descriptive alt text so someone who cannot see the picture can understand it.

Try the troubleshooting steps or prepare the details an administrator will need.
