My photo will not upload
Check the format, size, and the message beside the upload.
Use a supported image file and wait for the upload or save to finish before leaving the page.
What to do
- For My photos, use JPG, PNG, or WebP and keep the file within 8 MB.
- If your phone supplies a different format, export or save a JPG/PNG copy first.
- For album uploads, select no more than three files at once.
- If the dimensions are too large, resize the picture and try a smaller copy.
Good to know
If a valid small image also fails, copy the on-screen error wording and tell a site administrator which page and action failed. Avoid repeatedly clicking Save while a request is still running.
