Tag a friend in a post
Type @ to mention friends, or eligible group members in a group.
Type @ in the writing area to open a list of people and their profile pictures. The list narrows as you type a username or name. In groups, it also includes eligible group members.
What to do
- While writing a post or reply, type @ followed by a name or username.
- Select a suggestion, or use the arrow keys and Enter.
- Keep writing and check the audience before publishing.
Good to know
Your friend’s tagging and review preferences still apply. An Only Me reference does not notify or tag anyone. Group mentions stay within the group.
