Account & data policy

Your information Account & security contains your active logins and account-data controls. You can export your own account records and owned photos. Exports exclude passwords, credential secrets and unrelated private records belonging to other members. Active logins You can review and end one login or all logins. Device details come from the browser and network address. Browser time zones and optional IP-based locations are approximate. A location lookup is used only when the operator has configured a provider. Closing an account Deletion hides your profile and signs out your devices. You have seven days to restore the account using the private recovery link emailed to your account address. Restoring an account requires signing in again; it does not revive old login sessions. Before deletion Transfer group ownership or assign another group administrator where required. The last site administrator must appoint another administrator. Resolve active guardian links before closing a guardian account. After seven days The recovery link expires and cleanup permanently removes the account's live application records and owned files. The account cannot be restored through the recovery link after its deadline. Cleanup failures are retried; physical removal completes on a successful cleanup run. Backups and other copies Server backups follow the operator's separate retention schedule. Exports or copies already held by another person are outside the live-server deletion process.
