DEVELOPMENT DRAFT — REVIEW AND COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLICATION Be respectful Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk or publish another person's private information. No hateful abuse, exploitation, illegal sexual content, scams or malicious software. Do not use groups or messages to evade blocks or bans. Share responsibly Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not post passwords, verification codes, financial credentials, private contact details or sensitive information about other people. Report content you believe violates these rules; a report is not an automatic finding against the person reported. Privacy and group moderation Private groups limit access to approved participants, their explicitly authorized guardians when a teen is supervised, and authorized site administrators. Group administrators may remove posts or members under these rules, but cannot override site protections. Do not redistribute private group content without permission. Reporting and appeals Use the in-app Report action. Moderators should review reports fairly and proportionately. [ENTER SUPPORT / APPEAL CONTACT AND RESPONSE PRACTICE]. Emergency threats should be reported to appropriate emergency services, not only through this website. Updates A new version of these rules may require a review at your next sign-in or protected request. Older published versions and your review history remain accessible. Supervised accounts and age-appropriate safety Some members are 13–17 and supervised by an approved parent/legal guardian. Their messages and allowed groups are reviewable by that guardian; group participants must account for this access. Do not ask teens to conceal contact from their guardian, share private credentials, meet privately without appropriate safeguards, or move conversations off-site to evade protections. Teen friendships and groups need guardian approval. Stranger direct messages and romantic-partner links involving teen accounts are restricted in this build. Teens cannot administer groups. Moderators and guardians have separate roles: a guardian cannot override another member's block, a group ban, or a private group's approval requirement. Report suspected exploitation, threats and improper guardian links promptly. Do not treat this website as an emergency response service. [ADD CHILD-SAFETY CONTACT, RESPONSE PROCEDURE, AGE-CORRECTION AND GUARDIAN-DISPUTE APPEALS BEFORE LAUNCH].
