Your photos Manage albums, photo posts and your profile photo from My photos. A profile photo identifies your account across the site. Selecting an album photo as your profile photo makes a separate profile image; it does not change the album's audience. Albums and audiences Drafts stay out of the feed. Publishing an album or photo post uses the audience you choose. Only me restricts ordinary access to you. Approved guardian review for supervised accounts follows the Family & supervision policy. Feed updates Post to my feed is selected by default when you publish or update photos. You can uncheck it before saving. An album or photo remains in your library when you skip a feed update. Skipping a later update does not erase a feed post you already shared. Feed updates referring to an album stop being available to a viewer if the album is deleted or its audience no longer allows access. Files Uploads must be supported images within the displayed size limits. Common camera and location metadata is removed during processing. Albums store the uploaded, processed version rather than a separate full-resolution original. Use photos you have permission to share and respect requests to remove another person's private information.
