DEVELOPMENT DRAFT — NOT A PRODUCTION LEGAL DOCUMENT Operator: [ENTER LEGAL OPERATOR NAME AND CONTACT ADDRESS] Membership and account access This development build allows members aged 13 or over, with required supervision for ages 13–17. This is a development membership rule, not a determination of legal eligibility in every jurisdiction. Give an accurate birth date and choose a display name; your legal name is not required for your public profile. Invitations are assigned to an email address and may not be shared or sold. You are responsible for keeping your login methods and recovery information secure. Using the service Use MyFriends.Space lawfully and follow the Community Rules. Do not attempt to access another person's messages, private groups or account, defeat security controls, or submit content you are not entitled to share. Users retain their rights in their content; a reviewed production agreement must describe the limited permission necessary to host and display it. Moderation and changes We may restrict accounts or content for violations, with a contact and appeal process to be specified before launch. Material changes to these terms require a new, recorded review. You can read previous published versions. Optional media consent is separate and is not required to agree to these terms. Before publication Complete operator identity, support and appeal contacts, content licence, termination/account deletion process, service limitations, applicable governing law and any required consumer provisions with appropriate legal advice. Do not publish this draft as your final contract. Supervised teen accounts — development membership rule Membership starts at 13. Accounts aged 13–17 need an approved adult parent or legal guardian. A birthday declaration is not independent proof of age. Under-13 accounts are not supported. This rule is not a determination that age 13 is lawful in every jurisdiction. Both accounts must acknowledge the relationship, and an administrator must independently review the guardian's age and parental authority. A confirmed email, an invitation, a pairing code, or a family label alone does not establish guardianship. Approved guardians can review their teen's sent and received messages, profile activity, and content in groups the teen is permitted to use. They can approve/remove friendships and group membership, block contacts, restrict third-party media, and pause access. Private groups still require group-administrator approval. Guardian access never includes unrelated inboxes, passwords, security codes or impersonation. Supervision is disclosed to the teen and in relevant social areas. Members should understand that conversations and group content involving supervised teens may be reviewed by that teen's approved guardian. Do not redistribute private content. A teen may report a concern about the relationship privately to the administrator; guardian access is suspended pending review. The operator must establish a safe, staffed response and appeal process before production. Supervision ceases at 18. An inaccurate age declaration must be reviewed, not used to bypass protections.
